Adobe Conference

As part of a two day boot camp for marketing managers, we were asked to run a Flavour Explorer Session for 40 delegates in the stunning venue of Oakley Hall.
Aviva Conference

We held a live Flavour Explorer experience for 200 delegates as part of Aviva’s annual sales conference in their head office in London.

Our live sessions are designed to last for 60 minutes, however we can accommodate other timings, just get in touch with the team to discuss.
Access into the space for setup and preperation would ideally be 60 minutes before the experience. We will bring the Flavour Explorer boxes with us on the day of your event.
Interaction is a really important element of the session, and we play with a variety of different interactive methods to keep participants engaged throughout.

The session runs with participants arranged around round tables, banquet stye, with 8 - 10 people per table.
Each place setting requires a glass of water & teaspoon (jugs of water and glasses in the middle of the table is fine). Your venue should be able to facilitate this.
For less than 80 people, we can provide a simple audio system for our presenter if you don’t have one already set up. For groups above 80 people, we ask that your venue provides an audio system suitable for the venue and number of people attending. We don’t require a screen or visuals.
If some guests miss the experience on the day, we have options for them to still enjoy the experience after the event. Just ask our team for more details.
