Lick Me I’m Delicious is an experience-led experimental food brand that emerged from the creative mind of Charlie Harry Francis. Founded in 2011, the company built its reputation on an unconventional approach to food, pushing the boundaries of taste and science.
The breakthrough came with a run of theatrical creations that turned food into an experience: Edible Mist Orbs, Nitro Ice Cream Parlour, Edible Balloon Factory and Edible Bubble Volcano. Each one puts guests at the centre of the eating experience - interactive, visually impactful, and the thing people are still talking about after the event..
As the reputation grew, Lick Me I’m Delicious kept inventing, pushing further into the space where food meets science and theatre. Some call it Willy Wonka territory; we’ve never minded the comparison, because the inventions do the explaining. What’s stayed constant is the playfulness, and the craft standing behind it.
