A picturesque ice cream farm in rural South West Wales. Ice cream grows on trees and everyone does their best to not be lactose intolerant. Charlie spends his days doing homework and dreaming of a life less ordinary. It was here that the stick of ice cream dreams was duly planted.

We build our first liquid nitrogen ice cream machine prototype and receive an invite onto the BBC news to demonstrate it. In the rehearsal, a strawberry shoots out of the machine and hits a cameraman square between the eyes.

We hire the professionals to design a logo worthy of the brand we are trying to create. The finished version looks a bit more Banksy than our original Picasso, but it’s exactly what we wanted.

We get stuck into lots of events including numerous weddings, our first superstar A-lister and the 2012 Olympic closing ceremony. Holy Highjumps.

After months of hard graft, we launch our Nitro Ice Cream Buggy. Still one of the coolest machines we’ve ever created, it looks delicious AND it has a horn.

Our latest invention the Edible Mist Orbs create a media storm as we start treating people to zero calorie mist desserts at our events.
— January 2015
A Japanese TV presenter turns up unannounced and says lots of words we don’t understand like わおそれは驚きだ but sounds oh so excited trying our BBQ flavoured edible mist.

We expand our services into brand activations and exhibitions, taking on multiday sporting events, exhibitions and our first activation at Wimbledon Championships.

Our team of event ninjas grows and we deliver our first event in Europe. We’re also now executing large scale corporate events, store launches, more exhibitions, more activations and plenty of other parties. Busy times, lots of late night snacks are eaten.

We smash out four new machines from our workshop; the Nitro Pods, the Chocolate Tap, the Edible Fragrance Factory and the Caramel Popcorn Exploder. Wham Bam Wallop.

We hit a big milestone, 200 events in a year. What a whopper! The coffee is bursting from our pores. Corporate bashes, exhibitions, multi-day brand activations, crazy parties and everything in between.

Lick Me I’m Delicious is born! We decide the name in the pub and design the original logo ourselves. I know, right… you probably thought it was a Picasso?

Our first ever event! We make lots of ice cream for hungry guests at a very swanky party. We went to bed pretty tired, but overwhelmingly happy.

The ice cream machine protoype blossoms into a beautiful Nitro Parlour are our first machine is complete! What a stunning beast.

Someone we’ve never met before decides to tattoo our logo onto her body. Yes, really. No, we couldn’t believe it either.

Charlie invents the world’s first glow in the dark ice cream using synthesised jellyfish bioluminescence and talks to various baffled news reporters about it.

The events keep rolling in and we start building a lovely portfolio of clients like BMW, Barclays, Google Shell

The workshop has been flat out as we add two more inventions to our range; the 60mph Floss Whizzer and the delicious Instant Logopop Maker.

Charlie embarks on a mini TV career, making ice cream for Jamie & Jimmy, levitating cocktails for the Gadget Man and spinning ice cream pottery for Gino and Mel. Oh, and he makes soup in a washing machine. No, we have no idea why either.

A bonkers December and our busiest month to date, with 24 different events in just two weeks.
London, Leeds, Manchester, Hull, we’ll have you know these events are never dull.

The contraption factory is churning out machines now and we launch four more delicious event apparatus; the Everlasting Tipsy Fountain, Alcoholic Brain Freezer, Nitro Shaker Maker and the quite wonderful Edible Bubble Volcano.

The year has flown by and we have grown our core team of ninja’s to cope with demand. We now have dedicated bookings and operations teams as well as a wide pool of event staff and managers and to make even more events awesome.
